Rules for using LORY safely and fairly.

Acceptance of terms

By using LORY, you agree to these terms and any referenced policies (including the Privacy Policy).
If you use LORY on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.

Keep your credentials secure and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity under your account, including projects created or shared by collaborators.

Do not use LORY to generate or distribute content that is harmful, unlawful, or bad for the world (including harassment, hate, misinformation, violence, exploitation, or other abusive uses).
Do not attempt to attack, probe, or disrupt the service or underlying infrastructure.
Respect intellectual property rights; only upload or reference materials you are authorized to use.
We may remove any project or media we determine violates these terms or applicable policies, and no refunds will be provided for such removals.

Media generation relies on external providers; requests you send may be processed by those providers to fulfill generation.
You must comply with any provider-specific rules that apply to models or media sources used inside LORY.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any work you create with LORY (including text, images, video, audio, or other outputs) complies with all applicable copyright and related intellectual property laws.

You retain rights to your projects and generated outputs, subject to any third-party model or provider terms.
You grant LORY the right to process your content to operate and improve the service (including security, support, and quality).

We may update features, models, or pricing. Material changes will be communicated where feasible.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms or to protect the service and users.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties; outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for certain uses.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of amounts you paid for the service in the last 3 months or EUR 100.
